Shazz Initiative Resources (Business Registration Number: 202203295714 (IP0578610-D)) is established in November 2022 by Shahrinaz Ismail after years of developing skills and experience in providing training and consultation. The purpose is to provide services related to hands-on training on ICT management, and ICT consultancy.

Based in Selangor, Shazz Initiative covers physical services from Northern region to Southern region of Malaysia. Remotely, our services are available for any part of the world.

Before the establishment, the Founder provided practical courses on hands-on computer applications and strategic IT management for companies, research groups, and associations in Kuala Lumpur. As the Principal Consultant, the Founder also provided consultancy services to entrepreneurs, specifically on managing technology innovation.

In 2025, Shazz Initiative has expanded the list of services to include book publishing, along with the initiative of expanding the share of knowledge to the people. Our services are targeted but not limited to companies in Malaysia, and opened to groups of community who need the services we have to offer.
